Resolved - This issue is now fully resolved and we have determined all the current imagery to be valid (10:16 UTC — Feb 4) Monitoring - We have implemented a fix and are now monitoring the map closely to make sure imagery requests return to normal behavior and no blank tiles persist. (09:32 UTC — Feb 2) Identified - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue (18:41 UTC — Feb 1) Identified - We have identified an issue with some of our basemap imagery not rendering correctly. The issue presents itself as blank, white tiles on the map. Users may encounter areas that fail to have satellite imagery. We are working on resolving this issue for affected areas and will update regularly (17:10 UTC — Feb 1) Identified - The fix is going to take some time to implement and coordinate.
